由中国国际茶文化研究会、杭州市人民政府、中华全国供销合作总社杭州茶叶研究院主办的第三届中华茶奥会上举办了“茶+”调饮赛。这是一项创新的比赛,茶以往一般是清饮,客来敬茶,好友相叙,均是泡一杯清茶;而调饮则是以茶汤为基础,再加入蜂蜜、糖、酒、花、奶等辅料,使茶的口感丰富多彩,由单纯的鲜醇、浓厚、醇和、平和等茶味扩展到多个方面,适合各种人群的口感,这种口感更适合年轻人。
