本文报告4例造血组织恶性肿瘤合并ARDS,其中浆细胞骨髓瘤2例,急性白血病及恶网各1例。4例均在治疗中突然出现呼吸困难、肺水肿,治疗无效死亡。尸检均发现肺透明膜形成、肺泡及肺泡间水肿、出血等病理表现。同时讨论了造血组织恶性肿瘤合并ARDS的发生机制和早期诊断、治疗的重要性。
This article reports 4 cases of hematopoietic malignancies complicated with ARDS, including 2 cases of plasma cell myeloma, acute leukemia and evil net in 1 case. 4 cases were suddenly in the treatment of dyspnea, pulmonary edema, ineffective treatment of death. The autopsy found that the formation of hyaline membrane, alveolar and alveolar edema, bleeding and other pathological findings. The pathogenesis and early diagnosis and treatment of ARDS combined with hematopoietic malignant tumor were also discussed.
