陈庄歼灭战是八路军第一二〇师主力及晋察冀军区四军分区于1939年9月25日至30日,在河北灵寿县陈庄地区对日军进行的一次较大规模的歼灭战。八路军集中6个团的优势兵力,全歼日寇独立第八混成旅团第三十一大队1200余人,给进犯我边区之敌以沉重打击,粉碎了其向晋察冀边区北岳区的“扫荡”企图,提高了边区军民粉碎敌人“秋季大讨伐”的胜利信心——
