为减少红地球葡萄的贮藏损失,科学、规范的使用保鲜纸,以西北敦煌红地球葡萄为试验材料,研究了“CULU”牌保鲜纸不同处理对红地球葡萄贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:“CULU”牌保鲜纸不同处理均能较好的抑制可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、果实硬度以及穗轴新鲜度的下降,各处理组间的差异不明显;各处理组均未出现腐烂现象;各处理组焦亚硫酸钠总含量越高,漂白率和SO2残留量越高。
In order to reduce the storage loss of grapes in Red Globe, the paper was used scientifically and normly, and the effects of different treatments of “CULU” brand on the storage quality of grapes were researched. The results showed that the different treatments of “CULU” brand plastic wrap could better inhibit the decrease of soluble solid content, titratable acidity, hardness and cob freshness, and there was no significant difference among treatments. No decay occurred in all groups. The higher the total content of sodium metabisulfite in each treatment group, the higher the bleaching rate and residual amount of SO2.
