选取泰州中海70号道路石油沥青作为基质沥青,南通新升橡胶制品科技有限公司生产的80目胶粉作为改性剂,用高速剪切工艺制备废胶粉改性沥青,并选取了搅拌时间、搅拌速度、搅拌温度、废胶粉掺量作为制备废胶粉改性沥青的四个因素,采取灰关联法和正交试验法相结合的方法,最后得出最佳工艺条件是时间45 min、搅拌速度4 000 r/min、搅拌温度160℃、废胶粉掺量15%,并进而得出了其改性效果。
