查各专署文工团已决定改为『乡村文化宣传队』,兹将该队之工作方针、任务及编制、机构与工作制度分别指示于后:甲、方针任务:采用口头的、文字的及为人民大众喜闻乐见的各种艺术形式,结合生产工作及临时性的中心任务,开展深入人心的时事政治、生产、卫生、与反迷信、反会道门的农村宣传教育工作,以提高广大劳动人民的生产热情,及其政治、文化、科学、水平从而推动目前伟大的生产建设运动。并对农村文化活动起组织推动与典型示范作用,以期逐步开展群众性的宣传工作,其具体任务如下:
