目的:探讨参芪花粉片抗疲劳的作用特点。方法:将70只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、参芪花粉片高、中、低剂量组(2.5,1.25,0.625 g·kg-1)、硝苯地平片组(0.01 g·kg-1)、刺五加片组(0.25 g·kg-1)。连续ig给药9 d。采用负重游泳实验造大鼠力竭模型。测定体重、肝脏中三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肾脏中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血乳酸(LD)等指标。结果:与空白组比较,模型组ATP,CAT,GSH-Px,MDA,SOD,血LD等指标显著降低(P<0.01)。高、中剂量参芪花粉片组体重均大于模型组(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,高剂量参芪花粉片组可明显改善肝脏Na+-K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高肝脏GSH-Px活性(928.4±150.1)U·mL-1(P<0.01)和肾脏SOD活性(289.0±4.2)UN·mL-1(P<0.01);高、中剂量参芪花粉片组均可显著提高肝匀浆CAT活性(399.2±78.1),(372.0±139.9)U·g-1(P<0.01),显著降低肾脏MDA水平(1.93±0.33),(2.18±0.47)nmol·mg-1(P<0.01),明显降低血LD水平(7.84±1.18),(9.69±1.36)mmol·L-1(P<0.05)。结论:参芪花粉片可显著增强大鼠的抗疲劳能力,其作用可能与抗氧化和加速乳酸代谢有关。
Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of shenqi pollen tablets. Methods: Seventy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, model group, Shenqi pollen tablets at high, medium and low doses (2.5,1.25,0.625 g · kg-1), nifedipine tablets group · Kg-1), Acanthopanax group (0.25 g · kg-1). Continuous ig administration 9 d. Rat model of exhaustion was made by swimming with load. Body weight, hepatic ATP, CAT, GSH-Px, MDA, SOD in the liver were measured, , Blood lactate (LD) and other indicators. Results: Compared with the blank group, the indexes of ATP, CAT, GSH-Px, MDA, SOD and blood LD in model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The body weight of high dose and middle dose of shenqi pollen tablets group were higher than that of model group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the high doses of Shenqi pollen tablets group could significantly improve the activities of hepatic Na + -K + -ATPase, Mg2 + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase (P <0.05), significantly increase the hepatic GSH-Px activity (928.4 ± (P <0.01); SOD and SOD activities in kidney (289.0 ± 4.2) UN · mL-1 (P <0.01) (399.2 ± 78.1) and (372.0 ± 139.9) U · g-1 (P <0.01), and significantly decreased the renal MDA level (1.93 ± 0.33 and 2.18 ± 0.47 nmol · mg-1, P <0.01) Lower blood LD levels (7.84 ± 1.18), (9.69 ± 1.36) mmol·L-1 (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi pollen tablets can significantly enhance the anti-fatigue ability of rats, its role may be related to antioxidant and accelerated lactate metabolism.
