《图书馆建设》(原名《黑龙江图书馆》)是在黑龙江省图书馆编辑出版的业务刊物《图书馆通讯》(1976—1977年共出6期,内部交流)的基础上创办的。1978年5月经黑龙江省文化局批准为季刊,并正式定名为《黑龙江图书馆》,是我国图书馆界创办较早的专业期刊之一。1979年夏,黑龙江省图书馆学会成立后,由省学会和省图书馆联合主办至今。经新闻出版署批准,1992年以《图书馆建设》新名面世,显示了她希冀在图书情报刊林中办出特色、创出风格的远大志向。
“Library Building” (formerly known as “Heilongjiang Library”) was founded on the basis of the Library Bulletin of Library and Communications, edited and published by Heilongjiang Provincial Library (six issues in 1976-1977, internal communication). In May 1978, it was approved as a quarterly magazine by the Cultural Bureau of Heilongjiang Province and officially named as “Heilongjiang Library”. It is one of the earliest professional journals founded by our library community. In the summer of 1979, after the establishment of the Heilongjiang Provincial Library Association, it was co-hosted by the provincial academy and the provincial library. With the approval of the Press and Publication Administration, the new name “Library Construction” appeared in 1992, showing the ambitious ambition she hopes to create a distinctive style and create a style in the books and journals.
