In recent years, a new form of economic organization has emerged in our country--enterprise groups. The birth of this new thing in our country is not accidental. It is a product of the deepening reforms of China’s economic system and is a fruitful result of the development of horizontal economic cooperation and pioneering and enterprising. It adapts to the objective requirements of the development of Chinese enterprises and promotes the development of social productivity. It is known as “a form of corporate organization that represents new productivity.” The rise of enterprise groups in China has attracted widespread attention from domestic and foreign economists and the business community.
