随着我们社会的不断进步,国家对于全能型人才的需求量越来越大,对其素质提出了更高的要求,这就引发了教育体制的改变。其中,初中的化学课程在新课程标准的要求下也发生了一些转变,在教学方式的转变与评价体系的改革等方面都有了不少的尝试,也取得了令人欣慰的成果。但是,目前的初中化学教学中仍存在着许多问题,诸如教学观念陈旧老套、弱化实验教学、度的把握不准、束缚学生思维、讲练脱节、过于依赖媒体等,本文就此类问题提出一些个人的策略与方法,供大家参考。
