目的探讨外伤性鼓膜穿孔的听力损失情况。方法对 26例诊断为外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者的电测听听力图进行分析。结果鼓膜外伤性穿孔后除出现传导性聋外，还可能出现感音神经性聋或混合性聋。结论耳聋的性质与鼓膜穿孔的大小有关。
Objective To investigate the hearing loss of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods Electroacoustic audiogram of 26 patients diagnosed as traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were analyzed. Results After traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane in addition to conductive deafness, there may be sensorineural hearing loss or mixed hearing loss. Conclusion The nature of deafness and tympanic membrane perforation size.
