本文主要讨论海南森林资源连续清查体系的改进，设想把天然热带林和人工林分开作为两个副总体，分别确定不同的清查目标和清查项目（内容），提高系统效率，真正发挥“连清”体系对森林资源的现状和动态变化的监测作用。
This paper mainly discusses the improvement of the continuous inventory system of forest resources in Hainan. It is envisaged that the natural tropical forests and plantation forests should be separated as two sub-groups. Different inventory targets and inventory items should be identified, system efficiency should be improved and “Lianqing” System on the status of forest resources and dynamic monitoring of changes.
