Through literature research, expert interviews, logical analysis and other research methods, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the content of He Long’s sports thoughts and tries to summarize and collate the promotion and development of He Long sports ideas for mass sports, school sports and competitive sports in Western Hunan , Is of great significance to enrich the content of He Long sports ideology and maintain the long-term harmonious development of minority areas.
