组建、发展企业集团是当代国际经济发展中的重要趋势,许多国家都将之当成一项重要国策实施,通过组建一批大型、超级企业集团来确立其在世界经济舞台上的地位。深圳早在1981年就率先迈开了发展企业集团的步伐,迄今已有50多家具有集团性质的集团(总)公司。面临国际经济格局新变化的挑战,特别是1997年香港回归,深港经济合作进一步加深,深圳参与国际经济大循环的深度、范围和层次都必定会有突破性的进展,在深圳培植一批具有国际竞争能力、符合国际规范运作的企业集团,是深圳经济发展中极具战略性的措施。然而通过什么途径、方式才能使企业集团最大限度地发挥其整体优势和综合效能呢?企业集团化并不就等同于规模效益的获取,更不等于就可立刻走上国际市
The formation and development of enterprise groups is an important trend in the development of contemporary international economy. Many countries regard it as an important national policy and establish their position on the world economic stage by forming a group of large-scale, super-enterprise groups. As early as 1981, Shenzhen took the lead in the development of enterprise groups. So far, there are more than 50 group (headquarters) companies with a group nature. Faced with the challenges of new changes in the international economic landscape, especially the return of Hong Kong in 1997, Shenzhen-Hong Kong economic cooperation has deepened, and there will certainly be breakthrough progress in the depth, scope, and level of Shenzhen’s participation in the international economic cycle. The international competition ability and the enterprise group that is in line with the international norm are the most strategic measures in the economic development of Shenzhen. However, through what channels and ways can the enterprise groups maximize their overall advantages and comprehensive effectiveness? Group corporateization is not equivalent to the acquisition of economies of scale, but it does not mean that they can immediately enter the international market.
