随着社会经济的迅速发展,我国城市化建设进程的加快,社会对环境专业人才需求量与日俱增,增强环境保护意识,创建文明社会,提高生活、工作质量已成为人们的一种美好向往,这种向往也成为了对环境方面人才的需求。另一方面,一些高新技术企业急需技术型人才,而高校毕业生却面临就业困难的现象。究其根源主要是高职院校在专业设置和培养上不符合当前行业企业岗位所需,人才培养与社会相脱轨。因此,要实现培养发展所需人才,不仅要满足岗位需要,而且要能适应当前社会发展的不断变化。以上因素均为环境专业人才培养改革提供了巨大的发展空间。
With the rapid socio-economic development, the process of urbanization in our country has been speeded up and the demand for environmental professionals has been on the increase. The awareness of environmental protection, the establishment of a civilized society, and the enhancement of the quality of life and work have become a golden yearning for people. Desire has also become the demand for environmental professionals. On the other hand, some high-tech enterprises urgently need skilled personnel, while college graduates are faced with employment difficulties. The main reason is that the higher vocational colleges do not meet the needs of current industry positions in professional setting and training, and personnel training and social derailment. Therefore, in order to foster the talents needed for development, we must not only meet the needs of posts, but also adapt to the ever-changing social development. All the above factors provide tremendous room for development for the reform of environment professionals training.
