案情回放:前夫欠债致使已约定归属房产面临查封2012年3月,原告甲公司与被告乙公司、张某因民间借贷发生纠纷,甲公司诉至法院。经法院主持调解,双方达成调解协议,乙公司、张某对该笔借款承担偿还责任。后因两被告未能按照协议内容履行给付金钱义务,甲公司向法院申请强制执行。执行过程中,根据甲公司的申请,法院查封了被告张某与其前妻谢某夫妻关系存续期间唯一的一套房产该房产登记在张某名下。
