目的:观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者100例,随机分为两组各50例,对照组给予更昔洛韦、甲硫氨酸维生素B1、维生素B12治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加桃红四物汤加减并配合针灸治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组78.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: 100 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases, the control group was given ganciclovir, methionine vitamin B1, vitamin B12 treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment Plus pink Siwu Decoction and acupuncture treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 78.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).
