在小学语文教学中,培养学生的个性有利于促进学生的发展,但是现阶段的教育无法满足学生的个性化培养需求,因而需要不断的改进教学方式。本文主要探究小学语文教育对学生个性的培养,主要介绍提供学生展现的舞台、激发学生的兴趣、培养学生的竞争意识以及营造良好的氛围等几种方式,希望以此来为小学语文教育提供相应的借鉴。
In the Chinese teaching of primary school, cultivating the individuality of students helps to promote the development of students. However, at this stage, the education can not meet the individualized training needs of students. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve the teaching methods.
