通过11个县市连续一年的腹泻病监测,调查10,674例门诊腹泻患者,检获致病菌1,471株,阳性率13.8%;其中痢疾杆菌757株(7.1%),致病性大肠杆菌438株(4.1%),副溶血性弧菌167株(1.6%),沙门氏菌 100株(0.9%),不凝集弧菌(NAG)9株(0.08%)。以上各菌的血清型复杂。地理分布上除副溶血性弧菌与NAG多见于沿海,其余各地均可检出;不同年龄、性别均易感;一年四季都可检出,但7~10月有较高的检出率。选择不同地区、不同时期的各种致病菌共790株分别对新霉素等十四种抗菌药物的敏感性进行了测试。
A total of 1,471 strains of pathogens were detected in 10,674 outpatients with diarrhea through a continuous year of surveillance of diarrhea in 11 counties and cities. The positive rate was 13.8%. Among them, 757 strains (7.1%) of dysentery bacteria and 438 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli 4.1%), 167 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (1.6%), 100 strains of Salmonella (0.9%) and 9 strains (0.08%) of nonagglutinating vibrio (NAG). Serotypes of the above bacteria are complex. In addition to the geographical distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and NAG more common in the coast, the rest can be detected in all places; different age and gender are susceptible; all year round can be detected, but from July to October have a higher detection rate . A total of 790 strains of pathogens from different regions and different periods were selected to test the sensitivity of 14 antibacterials including neomycin respectively.
