按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB15670-1995),对生物衣药苏云金杆菌原药进行急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性试验,眼睛刺激试验和致敏试验。该受试物对雄、雌性大鼠急性经口LD50为3830、3160 mg／kg;对雄、雌性大鼠急性经皮LD50(4 h)>2150 mg／kg;对雄、雌性大鼠急性吸入LC50(2 h)>5 000 mg／m3;对实验兔急性眼平均刺激指数为0;对豚鼠致敏试验,致敏率为0％。因此,该受试物急性经口属微毒性、急性经皮属低毒性、急性吸入属微毒性,眼睛刺激试验为无刺激性,致敏试验属Ⅰ级弱致敏物。
