《天津市城市管理规定》6月1日起施行。《规定》对市容市貌管理、环境卫生管理、园林绿化管理、市政设施管理、道路交通管理、路灯照明管理等提出了明确要求。《规定》对行政管理职责作了划分,由市市容环境管理委员会统一组织领导、协调、督促城市管理工作。规定了市有关行政管理部门、区县人民政府、街道办事处和镇政府应履行的城市管理职责。
“Tianjin City Management Regulations” June 1 into effect. “Provisions” on the city appearance management, environmental health management, landscaping management, municipal facilities management, road traffic management, street lighting management put forward specific requirements. “Regulations” to the division of administrative duties, the city appearance and environmental management committee unified organization and leadership, coordination, supervision and urban management. The provisions of the municipal administrative departments, district and county governments, neighborhood offices and the town government should perform the duties of urban management.
