从1979年到1988年的10年间,仪器仪表行业在党的改革开放的方针政策指引下,积极开展技术引进取得了较大成绩,同时在贯彻内函式扩大再生产的方针,通过引进技术改造现有企业方面也取得了比较好的成绩。认真总结这10年行业在引进技术、消化吸收、技术改造等工作的经验和教训,这对于今后5年10年行业发展是很有必要的。
