本文提出了高炉内料柱受力体系中的一个新概念——上推力,对其形成、变化规律、对高炉操作的影响及出铁出渣制度的改进等问题给予了详尽的论述。上推力源于渣铁液对浸入其中的死焦堆的浮力。间断出铁方式的高炉,其上推力随渣铁在炉缸的积累而增大,并因此造成料柱压缩、风压升高、风量下降,并导致渣口带铁和破损。为了稳定上推力,不同容积的高炉可采取连续出铁、不放上渣,或间断出铁、控制上渣率等不同的操作方法,并应设置适宜数目的出铁口。
This paper presents a new concept in the blast furnace material column force system - on the thrust, the formation, variation, impact on the operation of the blast furnace and slag tapping system and other issues are discussed in detail. The thrust is due to the buoyancy of the slag coke immersed in it. Intermittent iron blast furnace, the thrust with the iron slag accumulation in the hearth and increase, and thus resulting column compression, wind pressure increases, the air volume decreased, and lead to slag mouth with iron and broken. In order to stabilize the thrust, different volumes of blast furnace can take a continuous tapping, not put slag, or intermittent tapping, slag control rate and other different methods of operation, and should set the appropriate number of tapholes.
