珠海市民艾女士因左膝关节炎到医院看病,医生查明病情后为其开了“氯诺昔康片”口服,艾女士服药后“眼皮变成紫色,肿得睁不开,还不断流泪”。因艾女士之前未使用过该药,且用药后仅1小时即出现不适症状,医生为其注射抗过敏药物后好转,证明艾女士的症状是氯诺昔康片过敏所致。氯诺昔康片可引起过敏,故而其说明书中载明“过敏者禁用”。艾女士随后要求医院退药并进行赔偿,但遭到医院拒绝。
