中国金属学会断裂学科讨论会,作为全国科协五个学术会议(动物、地理、林学、航空、金属)之一,于1977年12月在天津召开。由于“四人帮”的破坏,全国科协和中国金属学会的活动停止了长达十年之久。这次会议,是粉碎“四人帮”后的第一次全国性的大型学术会议。大会开幕式由全国科协负责人裴丽生同志主持,全国科协代主席周培源同志作了重要讲话。大会闭幕式上裴丽生同志作了会议总结,国家科委付主任于光远同志作了重要讲话。中国金属学会断裂学科讨论会由中国金属学会付理事长张文奇同志主持,在开幕式上,冶金部付部长、金属学会付理事长陆达同志传达并宣讲了华主席对冶金工业的重要指示;钢铁研究院邓枝生同志代读了正在病中的陈篪同志的书面发言。
China Metals Society Fracture Discipline Symposium, as one of five academic conferences of the Association for Science and Technology (animal, geography, forestry, aviation, metal), was held in Tianjin in December 1977. Due to the sabotage of the “gang of four,” the activities of the National Association for Science and Technology and the China Society for Metals ceased for ten years. This meeting marks the first national large-scale academic conference after the smashing of the “gang of four.” The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Comrade Pei Lisheng, head of the National Association for Science and Technology, and made an important speech by Comrade Zhou Peiyuan, acting president of the National Association for Science and Technology. At the closing ceremony of the congress, Comrade Pei Lisheng made a summary of the meeting and made an important speech to Comrade Yu Guangyuan, director of the State Science and Technology Commission. At the opening ceremony, Comrade Metallurgy Department and Metallurgy Association paid Chairman Lu Da to convey and preach Chairman Hua’s important instructions on the metallurgical industry. The China Iron and Steel Comrade Deng Zhisheng of the Institute took the written statement of Comrade Chen Chi in the illness.
