急性硫化氢中毒国内外时有发生。近年来国外大量的实验资料证明,它和急性氰化物中毒有很多相似性,应用高铁血红蛋白生成剂同样有预防和解毒作用。现将我们观察的一例急性重度硫化氧中毒(在抢救过程中应用了亚硝酸异戊酯)报告如下。
