目的：探究对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉病例使用经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗的疗效。方法随机抽取在2014年1月-2016年1月于我院治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的病例98例，用随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组两组，每组49例，两组分别使用经鼻内镜手术结合药物和仅使用经鼻内镜手术治疗，其他治疗措施相同，观察两组间的疗效及并发症状况。结果在有效率方面治疗组总有效率大于对照组，具有显著性差异(P<0.05)；在术后并发症方面治疗组明显小于对照组，有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗效果明显，不良反应少，值得推广。“,”objective to explore the cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp using the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drug therapy. Methods a random sample in January 2014-January 2016 in our hospital for the treatment of chronic sinusitis cases of nasal polyps in 98 cases, with random grouping will be divided into the observation group and control group in the two groups, 49 cases in each group, two groups, respectively by nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drugs and use only by the nasal endoscopic surgery, other treatments, the same observation of curative effect and complications between the two groups. Conclusion in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp after nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment effect, less adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
