医院的党支部工作往往重业务、轻组织建设,重视大卫生观念和现代管理理念的培养,忽视对党员的教育和管理,严重影响了党的先进性。因此,要顺应时代发展,调整党支部工作方式;充实培养教育内容,提高党支部工作的针对性和实效性;推行党务公开,营造民主的良好氛围。
The work of party branch in the hospital often focuses on the construction of business and light organization, attaches great importance to the cultivation of the concept of large-scale hygiene and the concept of modern management, ignores the education and management of party members, and seriously affects the advanced nature of the party. Therefore, it is necessary to conform to the development of the times and adjust the working methods of party branches; to enrich the training of education contents and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the work of party branches; and to promote open party affairs and create a good atmosphere of democracy.
