21世纪是信息化技术高速发展的时代,各行各业在管理工作当中均引入了现代信息化技术。疾控中心档案管理工作是疾病防治过程中的重要环节,大数据时代的到来也使得疾控中心档案数量明显增加,传统的管理模式已经无法满足现代需求,必须开展信息化重建工作。本文即是对现代疾控中心档案信息化管理进行研究,首先说明了传统档案管理当中存在的问题,并阐述了档案信息化管理模式的构建措施,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
The 21st century is the era of rapid development of information technology. All walks of life have introduced modern information technology into their management work. CDC file management is an important link in the disease prevention and control process. The advent of big data era has also resulted in a significant increase in the number of CDC archives. The traditional management model has failed to meet the modern needs and must be reformed. This article is about the modern CDC archives information management research, first of all explains the existing problems in the traditional file management, and describes the construction of archives information management mode, with a view to providing reference for the relevant work.
