口腔综合防治措施在正畸防脱矿的临床应用

目的探讨口腔综合防治措施在正畸防脱矿中的临床应用。方法 2010年8月至2011年8月期间,我院诊治的80例固定正畸患者,均实施MBT直丝弓技术治疗,随机将其分为对照组(常规处理)和观察组(综合预防处理),每组各40例,对两组患者牙面釉质脱矿情况,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组牙釉质脱矿率显著降低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。牙釉质脱矿好发于上颌侧切牙的托槽龈方。结论在矫治前和矫治过程中,针对危害因素,进行有效的预防,控制酸蚀时间,牙面氟化,卫生宣教,以及定期清洁牙面等综合防治措施,减少固定矫治器对牙齿的脱矿损害。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of comprehensive oral prevention and control measures in orthodontic ore demineralization. Methods From August 2010 to August 2011, 80 cases of orthodontic patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were treated with MBT straight silk technique and randomly divided into control group (routine treatment) and observation group (comprehensive preventive treatment ), 40 cases in each group. The enamel demineralization in two groups was observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the rate of enamel demineralization in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Enamel demineralization occurs in the gingival side of the maxillary lateral incisors. Conclusion Before correction and correction, according to the risk factors, effective prevention and control of acid etching time, dental fluoridation, health education, and regular cleaning of teeth and other comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce the fixed appliance on the teeth demineralization damage.
