在我国,麦氏真空计广泛应用于溴化锂吸收式制冷机的真空度测量。但麦氏真空计一般仅用于理想气体压力的测量,而在实际操作中,机组中往往已有溴化锂溶液,即机组中有大量的水蒸汽,此时麦氏真空计的测量结果就与实际值有很大的偏差,因而麦氏真空计的应用就将受到限制。但我们可根据麦氏真空计的工作原理将麦氏真空计的测量结果加以修正,就可得到制冷机内不凝性气体的实际压力。
