一、概 述 冲裁工作中,根据剪断面的质量要求,凸、凹模间隙与坯料种类、厚度之间的关系数据常见于各种手册及资料中。操作者在冲床(C形床身)上安装冲模时,可使凸、凹模之间间隙沿冲件轮廓保持均匀。但开始冲裁后,由于冲床床身的动态变形以及冲床导轨和模具导柱的导向误差,冲头将产生微小的位移,使凸、凹模间隙不再保持均匀分布。对这类冲头位移尚缺乏定量的研究,本文介绍一种冲头位移的测量研究方法,分析模架结构、模柄与冲床的刚性、柔性连接方
