随着城市化进程的不断加快,人们的生活水平也得到了显著的提高,对于建筑工程也提出了越来越高的要求。城市建筑不仅仅是由施工人员采用水泥堆砌成的,还需要我们将当地自然因素、人文因素等全部糅合在其一,从而建造具有综合性特色的建筑工程,满足现代化社会发展的需求。本文首先分析了过去住宅在设计中存在的不足,继而阐述了我国城市住宅户型设计的发展趋势,以供参考。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, people’s living standards have also been significantly improved, and higher and higher requirements have also been put forth for construction projects. Urban construction is not only made of cement piled by construction workers, but also requires us to combine local natural and human factors in one, so as to build a comprehensive architectural project to meet the needs of the development of modern society. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the past residential design, and then elaborates the development trend of urban residential layout design in our country for reference.
