高速分析的分析速度比一般化学分析快得多,而且操作简便,在一些简单的设备下即能工作,因此特别适用于冶金、机械等中小型企业,在六十年代初就获得了广泛的应用与发展。笔者在金属中的气体分析工作中,以高速分析为主导思想,解决了以氩为载气,氢、氮、氧的高速释放、分离和测定问题,从而实现了氢、氮、氧三元素的同时测定,并且获得了氢、氮较低的空白值,实验中采用 MSP-751型金属气体分析仪,分析方法可参见文献。试验结果与讨论1 高速熔融与脉冲加热炉应用在气体分析中过去国内外一般采用高频炉及碳阻炉加热熔融试样,分析速度十分缓慢。70年代初美国 Leco 公司在脉冲加热技术上有了新的突破。从此脉冲加热炉在金属中气体分析的应用日益广泛。它
