目的探讨微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者的疗效及护理。方法运用微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者150例,配合术前、术中、术后护理,减轻患者紧张情绪,使患者更好地配合手术。结果微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者疗效比临床应用的常规手术方法好,治愈率高。结论微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者疗效显著,精心的护理使术后并发症减少,患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by microwave. Methods 150 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with microwave, with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care to reduce the tension of patients and make the patients cooperate better with surgery. Results Microwave treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patients with clinical efficacy than the conventional surgical methods, cure rate. Conclusion Microwave treatment of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis significant effect, careful care to reduce postoperative complications, patients with high satisfaction.
