目的:调查了解2010年度新兵结核感染状况。方法:对2010年度某部新兵7137例进行结核菌素(PPD)试验,计算PPD阳性率、结核自然感染率。结果:本次共查出PPD阳性3958例,总阳性率为55.5%,其中PPD强阳性243例,强阳性率3.4%。有接种瘢痕人群PPD阳性率非常显著高于无接种瘢痕人群(P<0.01)。江西、山东和江苏新兵PPD阳性率居前3位,江西、河北和山东居新兵PPD强阳性率前3位,江西、湖北和湖南新兵结核自然感染率居前3位。城乡新兵结核自然感染率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:新兵PPD强阳性率及阴性率较高,应加强军队结核病防控工作。
Objective: To investigate and understand the 2010 recruits tuberculosis infection. Methods: A total of 7137 new recruits in 2010 were tested for tuberculin (PPD). The positive rate of PPD and the natural infection rate of tuberculosis were calculated. Results: A total of 3958 PPD positive cases were detected, with a total positive rate of 55.5%. There were 243 cases with strong positive PPD and strong positive rate of 3.4%. The positive rate of PPD in patients with scar inoculation was significantly higher than that in non-vaccinated scar (P <0.01). The positive rate of PPD in Jiangxi, Shandong and Jiangsu recruits was the top three, and the top three were the strong PPD positive rate among recruits in Jiangxi, Hebei and Shandong, and the top three among TB in Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan. There was no significant difference in the natural infection rate of TB recruits between urban and rural areas (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is a strong positive rate and a negative rate of recurrent PPD in recruits, so the prevention and control of tuberculosis should be strengthened.
