在激光熔覆金属陶瓷层中,陶瓷相的组织结构特征及分布状态在很大程度上影响着金属陶瓷层的性能。分别利用镍包铸造碳化钨颗粒和铸造碳化钨颗粒进行激光熔覆,对两种涂层进行对比,并对镍包碳化钨涂层的耐磨性及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,镍包铸造碳化钨颗粒涂层的质量良好,无裂纹,在Al2O3磨粒干磨损条件下耐磨性比基体提高3-16倍。
In the laser cladding cermet layer, the microstructure and distribution of the ceramic phase influence the properties of the cermet layer to a great extent. The nickel-coated tungsten carbide particles and the cast tungsten carbide particles were respectively used for laser cladding. The two coatings were compared and the wear resistance and influencing factors of the nickel-coated tungsten carbide coating were studied. The results show that the coating quality of the nickel-coated tungsten carbide particles is good and the cracks are not cracked. The wear resistance of the coating increases by 3 to 16 times than that of the matrix under the dry wear condition of Al2O3 abrasive particles.
