“在我看来,城市产业的选择既是一个空间问题,又是一个时间问题。从城市产业落地、转移与替代的空间布局角度来看,城市产业选择模式,我概括有这样三种类型:本土培育型、外来移植型、内外结合型。从城市产业兴起、发展与演化的时间序列角度来看,城市产业选择模式,我概括为四张类型:自然生成型或者简称为先天型、地区资源长期依赖型、转型升级型或者简称为后天型、没落淘汰型。”
