目的观察美托洛尔、依那普利、阿司匹林联合应用治疗152例心功能不全的临床疗效。方法应用美托洛尔,依那普利、阿司匹林联合治疗冠心病、高血压性心脏病、扩张型心肌病、风湿性心脏病所致的心功能不全。结果治疗后显效30例,有效102例,无效20例。总有效率为87.0%。结论美托洛尔、依那普利、阿司匹林联合治疗心脏疾病,可明显改善心功能,减少心脏疾病的复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metoprolol, enalapril and aspirin in the treatment of 152 patients with cardiac insufficiency. Methods Metoprolol, enalapril, aspirin combined treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease caused by heart failure. Results After treatment, 30 cases were markedly effective, 102 cases were effective and 20 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.0%. Conclusion Metoprolol, enalapril, aspirin combined treatment of heart disease, can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce the recurrence rate of heart disease.
