选取福建师大附中2013级高中两个羽毛球选项班进行下肢爆发力的教学实验,通过教学中增加下肢力量素质练习内容,合理进行教材搭配,技能练习次数等教学干预方法来尝试提高学生的下肢爆发力。实验结果表明,干预措施对实验班学生下肢爆发力水平的发展具有积极作用。
Select the Fujian Normal University middle school senior middle school two badminton option class lower extremity explosive teaching experiment, through the teaching of lower extremity strength training content, reasonable teaching materials collocation, the number of skills training and other teaching interventions to try to improve students’ lower limb explosive. The experimental results show that the intervention has a positive effect on the development of lower extremity explosive level in experimental class.
