搞活流通,振兴商业,是加速云南经济发展的必由之路。一、云南商品流通与商业发展滞后的主要表现云南地处祖国西南边陲。由于历史的、地理的等多方面原因,资源丰富的云南,商品经济发展却十分落后,商业很不发达。改革开放十多年来,尽管云南商业与商品流通获得较大发展。但与沿海地区的差距在扩大,商业的发展滞后于国民经济发展的客观需要,使本来不甚发达的工农业生产,常因流通不畅受到影响。云南流通与商业发展滞后的主要表现是:
Invigorating circulation and revitalizing commerce are the only way to accelerate economic development in Yunnan. I. The main performance of Yunnan’s lagging commodity circulation and commercial development is that Yunnan is located in the southwest border of the motherland. Due to historical, geographical and other reasons, Yunnan, where resources are abundant, has a very backward commodity economy and its business is underdeveloped. In the more than ten years since the reform and opening up, Yunnan’s commerce and commodity circulation have achieved greater development. However, the gap with the coastal areas is widening, and the development of commerce lags behind the objective needs of national economic development. As a result, the previously undeveloped industrial and agricultural production often suffers from poor circulation.
