湖南省党校系统纪念建国40周年理论讨论会于11月1日至3日在省委党校召开。来自全省各级党校的100余名代表参加了会议。现将主要观点综述如下: (一)关于党的建设问题 在党的建设方面,与会代表主要提出了如下一些观点: 1、党的建设最根本的是思想建设。党的思想建设主要应从下述几个方面入手:第一,认真抓好党员教育;第二,彻底清除资产阶级自由化思潮,为党的思想建设扫除障碍;第
