给小鼠灌胃定心丹后,有明显抑制氯仿引起的心室纤颤作用;显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间;显著提高正常小鼠心肌营养性血流量,并对垂体后叶素所致小鼠心肌缺血有明显的保护作用。给雌性大鼠灌胃定心丹后,能明显降低大鼠血浆中雌二醇含量,使E_2/T比值降低;增加血浆中cAMP含量,降低cGMP含量,使cAMP/cGMP比值升高;显著提高大鼠白细胞中淋巴细胞百分率,降低中性细胞百分率,增强细胞免疫功能。
