虽然血液孕酮浓度对于决定人类体外授精的采卯时间是很重要的,但是孕酮在卵子成熟过程中的意义尚未十分明了。故作者应用孕酮受体阻断剂RU486,研究了孕酮对大鼠卵子成熟的影响。皮下给予3周龄雌性 SD 大鼠孕马血清促性腺激素251U,对卵巢进行过度刺激,48小时后,将动物分成3组,分别在皮下给予生理盐水、人类绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)25IU 以及 hCG25IU 外加 RU486 10mg/kg 体重,2小时后采取卵泡卵,进行固定和染色,根据生发泡(germinal vesicle,GV)是否消失来判断卵子的成熟程度。
