This study examined the changes in the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency of laboratory workers exposed to chemical carcinogens over a long period of time; the results of the first and second measurements were found to be very close and their SCE values were significantly higher than normal Non-contact. The results also show that contactors and non-contact peripheral lymphocytes have the same sensitivity to the crosslinker / mutagen mitomycin C, confirming that there is no change in the stability of the lymphocytes of the contacts. This paper discusses the possible mechanism of SCE changes in contactors and provides experimental evidence for improving the working environment and alleviating the exposure of carcinogens to laboratory workers exposed to carcinogens.
