影响KP得率的因素有很多,其中包括木材的种类及木片的质量、蒸煮工艺(特别是用碱量、硫化度、温度及卡伯值等几个重要的独立变量)、制浆设备等。文章总结了较重要的10个影响KP得率的因素,并评定了其对纸浆得率的影响程度。这10个因素可以任意重组,来评定它们对纸浆得率的影响,例如可以通过实验得出在最低成本下,对提高得率影响最大的因素。
There are many factors affecting KP yield, including the type of wood and the quality of wood chips, cooking process (especially with several important independent variables such as alkali content, degree of sulfurization, temperature and kappa number), pulping equipment and so on. The article summarizes the more important 10 factors that affect the yield of KP and assesses its impact on pulp yield. These 10 factors can be arbitrarily reorganized to assess their impact on the pulp yield, for example, can be obtained by experiment with the lowest cost, the factors that have the greatest impact on the rate of increase.
