职业生涯规划对大学生的成才意义重大。本文通过问卷调查发现增强学生的自我认知意识、规划好大学生活,对学生的就业心态调适与今后的职业生涯起到至关重要的作用;就业指导全程化、全员化、个性化,是引导学生合理规划大学生活的关键。这些发现无疑对高校就业指导工作具有积极的指导作用。
Career planning is of great significance to the success of college students. Through questionnaire survey, this paper finds that enhancing students ’awareness of self-awareness, planning college life, adjusting students’ employment mentality and their careers in future plays a crucial role. The employment guidance is full, full and personalized Guide students in planning the key to a reasonable university life.
