本文对心脏基础液（基础液）进行了实验研究。建立了基础液中钾镁离子对生物膜的透膜实验，检验了基础液对离体豚鼠心功能的作用，以及在实验兔休克模型的反应等。评价和探讨基础液的药效学作用。
In this paper, the heart of the basic fluid (base fluid) conducted an experimental study. A membrane-permeable membrane experiment of potassium-magnesium ions in basal fluid on biofilm was established, the effect of basal fluid on cardiac function in isolated guinea pigs and the reaction in experimental rabbit shock model were also tested.
