Irritable bowel syndrome is a group of chronic functional bowel disorders characterized by abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort or bowel habits, abnormal stool traits. As a special group, the officers and soldiers of the sea training units have a significantly higher incidence of irritable bowel syndrome than the general population and troops stationed in the military, especially under conditions of military stress such as long time, high intensity and large amount of exercise.
