群众观点,是马克思主义的世界观、方法论,也是我们党的基本政治观点和全部工作的出发点。以毛泽东同志为代表的老一辈党的领导人,在我国革命和建设的各个时期,进一步丰富了群众观点的内涵,形成了完备、科学的群众观点体系,成为我们党宝贵的精神财富。进入新的历史时期,邓小平同志反复告诫全党要强化群众观点,加强同人民群众的联系,越是困难的时候越要关心群众,越是改革开放越要尊重群众的首创精神和调动广大群众的积极性,并强调把『人民拥护不拥护』、『人民赞成不赞成』,『人民高兴不高兴』、『人民答应不答应』作为全党想事情、做工作的一个根本衡量
